What we build underground

All services

MDPE Pipeline Laying

Laying of MDPE gas distribution mains in 20, 32, 63 and 125 mm sizes. Trenching, jointing, testing and road restoration handled in-house.

Domestic PNG Connections

GI, copper and MLC service line installation from the MDPE main into the consumer's kitchen. Includes service regulator, meter and internal piping.

MRS Fabrication and Installation

Metering and Regulating Station units for industrial and commercial PNG connections. Fabrication is done at our own workshop and units are installed and commissioned at site.

Network O&M

Operation and maintenance rate contracts for MDPE, copper and GI distribution networks. Includes leak attention, repair, restoration and routine maintenance.

Customer Acquisition and DMA

Door-to-door PNG customer acquisition, last mile connectivity and aboveground GI installation. Used by gas utilities entering new geographic areas.

Trenchless and HDD

Horizontal Directional Drilling for laying gas pipelines, optical fibre, water lines, sewers and HV cables without breaking the surface.

Why Sai Drilling

Our own equipment and our own team

We do not sub-contract the technical work. HDD rigs, PE fusion equipment and the MRS fabrication workshop are owned and operated in-house. Site staff are on our rolls.

18 years of CGD execution

Founded in 2008 by a mechanical engineer with prior infrastructure experience. Over 990 km of MDPE gas main laid to date.

MRS fabrication in-house

MRS units for industrial and commercial PNG connections are fabricated in our own workshop, not sub-contracted.

Work as per PNGRB norms

All site work is carried out as per PNGRB and OISD safety standards, without exception.

Multiple active rate contracts

Live rate contracts with IGL, HPOIL Gas (HPCL and Oil India JV) and IOAGPL (IOC and Adani JV).
